Albion Devices, Inc.
Railroad and Shaft Outer Diameter (OD) Gages
Albion's gages incorporate proprietary Temperature Compensation technology to display measurements that represent true dimension at 20° degrees Centigrade, 68° degrees Fahrenheit, the International Reference temperature for measurements, per ISO Standard # 1.
The reference temperature of 20 °C (68° Fahrenheit) was adopted by the CIPM (International Committee for Weights and Measures (abbreviated CIPM from the French Comité international des poids et mesures) on 15 April 1931, and became ISO recommendation number One in 1951.
Snap Gage Frames
TComp snap gages are available in 2" variable ranges on frames that enable measuring from 3" - 5" up to 29" - 33".
