Albion offers two PC-based software programs. They may be downloaded below for a free 30 day trial:
DigiGage is a simple 8 LVDT and 8 Temperature sensor temperature compensating gaging program that interfaces with Albion's digital gaging probes and digitized temperature sensors. Click here.
DigiTemp can read up to 32 temperature sensors and can be configured to output up to 16 temperature compensation offsets. It interfaces with Albion's digitized temperature sensors. Click here.
NOTE: If downloading both DigiTemp and DigiGage be sure to put them in separate file folders.
"DigiGage for Fireball" basic digital gaging software - Free 30 day trial

Basic gaging software for use with Albion's Fireball Digital Probes and Digital Probe Adapters. User friendly interfacing software that reads, interprets and displays data from Albion's Fireball probes and adapters. Allows output of data so as to interface to other gaging and SPC software on same PC (with addition of simple virtual port software, not included).

Screens include
- "Live Data": Displays digital and analog readings from probes and allows for zeroing.
- "Channel Set Up": Provides for set up of live data display, including range, tolerances, in/mm, TIR option, simple arithmetic functions (+,-,* and /), Preset, Resolution, etc.
- Probe Balancing: Allows user to centrally position probes against a part or master.
- Exports to MS Excel-importable files.
- Probe Linearization: Used to calibrate Fireball probes over their full linear range. Generally this is for factory use only.
- TIR: Displays single input TIR function.
- Communication: Used to configure data to be exported to other programs, such as SPC or other gaging software.
- Help screen.

for Fireball" follow these instructions:
Download the following 3 files (the first file may take up to 30 minutes to download):
1. My_Installer_09_28_2010.zip
2. CP210x_VCP_Win_XP_S2K3_Vista_7.exe
3. DG_Rev12.exe
Unzip My Installer_09_28_2010 into a folder. Navigate to that folder and subsequent folders "My Installer" and then "Volume". Find the file called "setup.exe". Double click on this file and follow the on screen installation instructions. A computer reboot will be required upon completion of this part of the installation.
Next, find file "CP210x_VCP_Win_XP_S2K3_Vista_7.exe" (which you downloaded from the Albion Devices website). Double click on this file and follow the on-screen instructions.
Finally, make a directory on your hard drive to place the DG_Rev12.exe file (which you downloaded from the Albion Devices website). We recommend calling the folder AlbionDevices. This directory will accumulate small parameter files over time. Place the DG_Rev12.exe file in this directory. Double click on the DG_Rev12.exe file to run the DigiGage PC application. You may wish to create a shortcut to your desktop for your convenience.
