RR Bearings

New RR Bearing gaging system with "twin MicroComp" tower.
Available as complete new gage, OR MicroComp tower can be retrofitted to existing "Old style" (see below) gage hardware. MicroComp controllers have a graphic LCD that displays much more information than the older TComp LCD. MicroComp "measure mode" screen now displays simultaneously:

	Average dimension (compensated for temperature)
	Analog representation of average dimension, with tolerance limit markers (downward-pointing arrows)
	TIR (Total Indicator Read out – for out-of-round condition monitoring)
	Live LVDT reading (compensated for temperature)
	Temperatures of workpiece, master and gage
	Feature or Part name
	"Out of tolerance", "rework" or "TIR exceeded" indications

The system also provides:

	Access to saved parameters for up to 48 parts or features
	Access to on-screen, user friendly set up and diagnostic menus
	Optional arrangements and brackets for retrofitting sensors, controller tower, etc., to existing gage fixtures.

Temperature Compensated Railroad Bearing "Stack" or "Plate" Gage

Twin T°Comp 110 temperature compensating indicators (see over), mounted in custom fixturing, measure IDs of bearing races. Available in standard and custom railroad bearing sizes, with size adjustment kits (see over).

Hardware Features:

	LVDTs in floating shuttles find center instantly.
	Temperature sensor mounted in base contacts under side of bearing or master when in position.
	Second sensor monitors gage temperature.
	T°Comp 110 temperature compensating indicators display compensated readings at two different heights in the bore.

Software options (sampling at 100 readings per second):

	Ver 5.0: Peak reading (averages high and low point, indicates out of round. .00005in/.001mm reading.
	Ver 7.5 (recommended): True average (averages all readings taken between manually initiated start and stop signal - durable punch button provided). .00005in/.001mm reading.
