Albion supports its products with maintenance and calibration
services. These are available under service contracts or on a time and materials
basis.
Albion’s service
contract extends the initial six month full warranty on each product
by a period of one year. In addition to covering routine repairs and
maintenance, this plan includes an annual calibration of the covered unit and
processing precedence over products not covered by contract. In some cases this
calibration can be carried out at your premises, in others it is done at
Albion’s facility in Southern California.
If any of Albion’s products falls out of warranty there may be
charges involved in bringing it back into condition before it can be reinstated
under a service contract.
Units can also be sent in to Albion for service
and calibration on a
time and materials basis, after calling Albion in advance to make
arrangements.
Please always call for a
RMA (Return Material Authorization
Number) before sending in a unit for any service, even if the unit is
being sent in under warranty or a maintenance agreement. This allows us to
better control flow of units through our facility and reduce turn around times.
